THE friendly match between Tiverton and Sidmouth, scheduled for Wednesday, November 1 at Manstone Lane, has been called off.

This follows Monday's announcement of Leigh Robinson as the Yellows' new first-team manager.

The cancellation means that Leigh's first match in charge of the Yellows will be at Newton Abbot Spurs on Tuesday, November 7 in the second round of the Bayside Graphics Devon St Luke's Challenge Cup.

Spurs reached round two by way of a penalty shootout victory over fellow South West Peninsula League East Division side Torrington after the first-round tie had finished 2-2.

Kick-off is 7.30pm.
