Bissett Signs For The Yellows

Tiverton have made a significant addition to their squad, with the signing of attacking player Josh Bissett. The Exeter City academy product, is a quick footed Forward/Winger who is noted for being a dynamic technician. He has been playing for divisional rivals Falmouth this term and was a pivotal player for fellow Cornwall side Mousehole.

Director of football Lee Lashenko has seen Bissett’s talents first hand, during the 2024/25 season and is very aware of his creative abilities. He commented;

“I had the pleasure of working with Josh at Bristol Manor Farm. Josh is a classy footballer who will excite our crowd. He has always scored goals and assisted goals. I’m sure this move will be great for all concerned.”

The 22 year old who had a spell with Exmouth earlier in his senior career is relishing joining up with his new team mates and had this to say;

“I’m really excited to be here and to get started with the team. I love playing with freedom, taking on defenders and moments that get the fans off their seats.”

A crowd favourite on his football journey so far, the Yellows' latest recruit continued;

“I’m here to work hard, enjoy my football and hopefully bring plenty of goals and excitement. I can’t wait to get on the pitch and show the fans what I can do.”
