Billington Back at the Slee Blackwell

It’s a big welcome back to Gabe Billington. A popular loanee last term, his services have now been acquired permanently following his release from Exeter City. Billington's availability has interested many and we are delighted that he has put pen to paper on a deal here with the Yellows. 

The gifted, creative midfielder with both an eye for a pass and an eye for a goal, joined us last December after recovering from a long term injury. Professionally contracted with the Grecians at the time and he was an integral part of their U21 side.

The 20 year old, who has plenty of ability to offer at this level, is a student of the game and holds a UEFA B coaching qualification. In the 2022/23 campaign, he had spells in this division with Poole and Plymouth Parkway.
