NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

TO BE HELD AT THE CLUB ON

TUESDAY 5TH MAY 2026

ALL WELCOME BUT ONLY PAID UP MEMBERS ARE PERMITTED TO VOTE

ANY NOMINATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 28TH APRIL.

ANY AMENDMENT PROPOSALS TO THE CONSTITUTION MUST BE MADE IN WRITING TO THE CLUB SECRETARY BY 28^TH APRIL 2026.
